Research On International Legal System Of Nuclear Waste Disposal

With the human society to industrialization,the global ecological environment is facing destruction and threat,especially in the field of nuclear energy industry,nuclear energy like a double-edged sword,its industrial use makes the use of human resources to be diversified,its development for the world scientific and technological progress made And,at the same time,the shadow of the war,the shadow of nuclear weapons threatens the world,for which the world governments through the establishment of international cooperation and consultation mechanism,efforts to reduce nuclear weapons to prevent nuclear proliferation,to limit nuclear energy in the military usage of.And then the development of nuclear energy for the benefit of human society.Even if the nuclear facilities and nuclear waste generated during the operation of the reactor are at risk of radioactivity,environmental pollution will inevitably occur.If the operation and operation procedures are faulty,it will cause a nuclear accident,cause a huge environmental disaster and damage human health.Property damage is difficult to estimate.To this end,countries need to work together to establish a new international legal system for nuclear waste disposal,while countries also need to develop international legal system with nuclear waste convergence of laws and regulations,both to protect the use of nuclear energy under the ecological environment,but also for the global nuclear Waste disposal to fulfill statutory obligations.This paper first describes the hazards of nuclear waste to deal with the status,through the introduction of European and American countries nuclear waste disposal mechanism to clarify the existing international treaty on nuclear waste disposal system,pointed out that China’s nuclear waste disposal system deficiencies,put forward relevant recommendations.
