The Concentration of Undertakings has the dual character,it brings our not only development of market economy but also the damage to the market competition environment.It must be govern through the special anti-monopoly act.Chinese Antimonopoly Act is still a "young" law,overall are still at the stage of gradually perfect.Naturally,the review about the Concentration of Undertakings still existing some procedural and normative problems need to explore in the future.This thesis actually study on legal issues about The Review of Concentration between Undertakings in China.In the first chapter,this paper expounds the basic theory of concentration of undertakings and the necessity of regulation;Chapter two is mainly explore and analysis the procedural regulations and law enforcement mode of US,EU and South Korea;In the third chapter,concentration the review status between our country and foreign experience.Explore the defects existing in the review process and the organization structuring.Combined with our national conditions,the author try to give some feasible suggestions and measures to solve the problems in the fourth chapter.The author hopes that through this thesis can give some help to establishing and perfecting the censorship of concentration between undertakings in China...
