Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Police Administrative Law Enforcement

China is in the throes of comprehensively deepening reform at the moment,the downward pressure on the economy increases,social conflicts are more likely to intensify.The national public security organ is a state organ,which sets up according to the law and is on behalf of the state to exercise powers and perform the duties of public security and with the nature of armed forces.Facing more challenges in the process of administrative law enforcement,the quality and the level of administrative law enforcement is related to people's satisfaction and the legal atmosphere of the whole society.Therefore,the administrative law enforcement of police officers is a realistic issue in the process of legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In this paper,the concept of the administrative law enforcement and the theory of administrative law enforcement is elaborated,the ranges of functions and basic principles in administrative law enforcement are summarized,This paper is to discover the causes of the problems in administrative law enforcement,so it combines with administrative law enforcement of the local police in Shangrao and theoretically analyses the main problems of the disadvantages of the administrative law enforcement system,the self-reasons and the supervision.The paper is committed to find a feasible way to improve professional team building and law enforcement standard,from the aspects of strengthening the administrative law enforcement awareness,enhancing the quality of administrative law enforcement and establishing and improving the supervision system of administrative law enforcement of public security organs.
