Case Analysis Of Standardization Of Administrative Enforcement Of Shanghai Water Authority’s Law Enforcement Team

In recent years, the "standard" is becoming the keyword of the governmentexecution departments which is also be focused by the public. In the rapid economicand social development in the2l century, along with the increase of population and theimprovement of people’s living standard, the environment level decrease as the cost.The water environment becomes worse and worse, and the water area also becomessmaller. How to keep improvement and to protect water resources is the most important.For Shanghai water administrative law enforcement, we should think about how toavoid the disadvantages of enforcement and accoding to the spirit and requirements ofgovernment, so as to improve the effectiveness of law enforcement and more effectivesocial influence. Based on this, this paper try to analyze a sample in Shanghai wateradministrative law enforcement unit and to summarize its experience.After thatcombined with relevant theoretical knowledge, describing and analysising its statework.Within the state work,we should to remaine issues in order to push the executionon spec and to provide a reference. It mains mainting the advantagement and finding themethod to solve the problems.In the concrete analysis,this paper will analyse idea andpractice from the sample,through theoretical analysis,effectiveness analysis,and therelasionship between the state work and the administrative law enforcementstandardization.As the research result, the advantages can be taken are within as follow:To change the concept of law enforcement, to optimize the way, to speed up the systemconstruction and research.And the issues as follow should be solved: To further improvethe effectiveness of research; deepen the evaluation mechanism; further strengthen theequipment capacity building,to seek external support. The execution can be carried outbetter only by studying the former cases.
