The Study On The Social Security Rights And Interests Of Inmates

Inmates social rights is the subject qualification of internal performance,also is the nature of punishment.In building a harmonious socialist society today,protect the rights of prisoners society has the vital significance,it is the need of the development of advancing the cause of human rights in China,with the need of international human rights standards,is the need of maintaining social harmony and stability.At present,the social rights of inmates has made obvious achievements,but it has yet to be further promoted in general.Inmates as a minority group,relative to the whole country and society in a secondary position,therefore,their social rights easily overlooked.This article from the inmates to social security,labor and employment rights,social rights such as right to education is analyzed and discussed,and puts forward some Suggestions to improve the inmates social rights legal protection.This paper is divided into five parts.As the introduction part,the first part is about the paper done before writing paper and blanket of the research literature,including the research background and significance of the paper,and the topic involves the study of the related literature at home and abroad and the status quo,at the same time puts forward the research ideas and research methods in this paper.The second part focuses on the inmates basic connotation of the social security rights and interests,and the practical significance.This part firstly social security rights of prisoners and made in this paper,the related concept,and put forward the practical significance of the research on social security rights.The third part is case analysis part,this group of inmates in XX city social security rights and interests of the status quo analysis,and put forward the current inmates the problems in the social security rights and interests.The fourth part mainly discusses the current our country social security rights for prisoners to work with the advanced countries of horizontal comparison,and puts forward appropriate for the foreign advanced experience for reference.The fifth part is aimed at present is described earlier in the inmates that advises of insufficient social security rights and interests,this part expounds from four aspects,respectively is to adhere to the people-centered principle,specific social security mechanism of inmates,refined,inmates basic categories of social security,increase again obtain employment skills training for prisoners.
