Study On The Protection Of Farmers' Economic Rights And Interests During The Development Of Farmers At The Present In China

China is a big agricultural country,farmer population accounts for the vast majority of the population.However,farmer is a disadvantaged group in China and at the bottom of the society for a long time.The problem of farmers relate to the country' political stability.For a long time,the party and the government attach great importance to the farmer problem,issuing Central No.1Document 14 years in a row from 2004 to 2004 to solve the "Three agriculture" problem.At present,the Rural collective property rights system reform has been starting pilot test throughout the country,to give farmers more property rights.The farmer development is the core of the farmer problem.To give farmer equal rights and interests is the key to promote the development of the farmers.Economic base determines the superstructure,protecting farmers' economic rights and interests is the basis of others,is the key to promote the development of farmers and solve the farmer problem.Based on the background of accelerating urbanization and industrialization,this thesis analyzed the protection problems of farmer's economic rights and interests,expecting to find the solution of that and promoting farmers development.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction,mainly summarizes the connotation of farmer development,the main content of the farmers' economic rights and interests protection and its important significance for the farmers development.The second part discusses the theoretical basis of farmer's rights and interests protection and its guiding significance,elaborates the Marxism of human development theory,economic interest theory,farmer theory and its enrichment and development in China.The third part mainly analyzes the current situation of farmer's economic rights and interests protection problems,pointing out that the farmers' economic rights and interests safeguard is being constantly improved after the Reform and opening-up,but farmers still face the problems of the Loss of market main body status,Lack of property rights,Damage of labor rights and interests.The fourth part analyzes the reasons of farmers' economic rights and interests protection problem.System design flaw is its root reason,low degree of organization and their own low quality are another two main reasons.The fifth part discusses the concrete countermeasures of solving the problem of farmers' economic rights and interests protection from system,organization and farmers themselves aspects according to our country'sspecific national conditions.Only to break the urban and rural dual system,perfect the system of farmers' economic rights and interests protection law,strengthen the farmer protection policy,improve the degree of farmer organization and the quality of themselves,can we solve the problem.
