On The Protection Of Farmers' Rights And Interests In The Process Of New Urbanization

With the continuous improvement of China's urbanization level, the focus of the development of urbanization from the eastern coastal cities, and gradually to the middle and small towns in the west. Before the introduction of the policy framework such as the?Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on major issues concerning comprehensively deepening reform ?,the?National new urbanization plan(2014-2020)?,Disorderly construction of small towns, decentralized, low level, extensive development caused great damage of farmer rights and interests in the process of urbanization.Based on the study of the protection of the rights and interests of farmers in the process of Urbanization,I try to explain Interpretation of the connotation and development of new urbanization.Through investigating the case of the town in the process of urbanization,summarized the specific farmers' rights and interests protection.Then proposed the conception of the transitional policy on the protection of farmers' rights and interests in the process of Urbanization. The local government should reform and innovate the existing policy system, to make the policy of transition period before the introduction of New urbanization policy framework, the specific implementation of the target, to ensure that farmers in the urbanization process in the political and economic, land, social security rights and interests are not infringed, let them with urban residents, enjoy better material civilization and spiritual civilization.
