Probe Into The Management Mode Of The Company Of Law Firms

Can only be carried out in our country,the lawyer must by law firm's practice,the legal profession more detailed division of labor under the trend of internationalization,specialization and law firms,law firms have to be more independent,more strong subject to participate in market competition,domestic and foreign law firms compete.And at present our country's law firm,whether state-owned asset,partnership,individual,has exposed many problems in management,restricted the further development of our country's law firm.How to make reform law firms,law firms to big and strong,is hot spot and the difficulty of people's attention.In recent years,some law firms began to introduce the foreign management mode,try to undertake corporate law firm management,and achieved some success,but the real corporate management law firm or very few,and in the law firm of the corporate management standard and pattern are also different,how to construct conforms to the law firm characteristics of corporate management model has become a difficulty,it needs more law firm to try and improve corporate management model,to this end,the author engaged in the industry and the learning theory,a law firm for how to build a corporate management mode were discussed,so as to provide version for corporate law firm management,to further promote the development of lawyering in China.This article mainly USES the deductive method and literature analysis,is divided into five chapters in this paper.First reviews the development of lawyers and law firms in China,points out that the law firm in China on the management,and introduced a concept of corporate law firm management mode,operation mode and advantages,such as second to SB law firm of Guangdong province as an example,analyzes its present situation,points out its problems and the necessity and rationality of the corporate management;Use modem management knowledge,again from the governance structure,brand management,human resource management,service marketing management for Guangdong SB law firm to build its corporate management model,to improve its management level,finally,this study put forward outlook.
