Research On The Corporation Management Of Z Law Firm

Since the reconstruction of The system of lawyer in China in 1979, the law firm has experienced from the government agency to the market entity. The management mode of law firm has also undergone a personal partnership to the partnership enterprise system changes, and promote the development of the lawyer profession. With the prosperity of social and economic, the law firms gradually develop and grow, but the disadvantages of the form of partnership enterprises have hindered the development of the law firm. In recent years,many management problems of Z law firm has exposed in it’s developing, to change management mode to be a practical need,so it is necessary to explore and study the new management model.This paper uses the method of case study, literature reading and inquiry to analyze the status quo of Z law firm, and points out the problems such as management structure, design of departments and the lack of effective management of personnel and business. And use the theories of corporate governance structure, organization design, human resource management to make design of the corporate governance structure and organizational structure of Z law firm,and establish the system of lawyer management and business management, to achieve the corporation management.This paper can provide reference to the Z law firm in the changing of management mode. In addition, Z law firm as a traditional integrated law firm represents the current state of the majority of law firms in china. This article through the research on the company of Z law firm, can also play a reference role for the law firm’s management practice who facing the same problem.
