Research On The Corporatization Management Of Yangzhou GP Law Firm

With the development of China's lawyer industry for more than 30 years,law office in partner-ship,as the most existing law firm organization and management form in China at present,is increasingly not adapted to the complex and volatile economic situation,and it has also exposed more and more problems in practice.How to solve the bottleneck in the development of lawyer industry?Where should traditional partnership go after all?The corporatization of law firms has been the focus of law firm management research in recent years,and many large law firms in China have also taken action in the hope of driving law firms to a new level.However,for small and medium-sized law firms,there are still many obstacles to further study this subject,such as loose management of law firms,unclear division of specialization and unscientific team construction,which weaken the corporate development of small and medium-sized law firms.The author of this paper is discussed in six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which analyzes the background and significance of the research,with emphasis on the development and research status of corporate management of law firms at home and abroad.Chapter two expounds the development and theoretical basis of corporation management in law firms.It not only analyzes the differences between corporation system and corporation,but also analyzes the influence of various related theoretical researches on corporation.The third chapter is a detailed analysis of the management status of yangzhou GP law firm,from which the existing problems and the feasibility and necessity of corporatization management are listed.The fourth chapter is the core part of this paper.It expounds how to build the management of yangzhou GP law firm,and puts forward the principles of corporatization management,the conception of management mode,the reconstruction of organizational system,the construction of project team and the implementation of talent strategy,as well as the specific practices of management service innovation.Chapter five analyzes the implementation and guarantee of corporatization management.Chapter 6 is the summary and prospect of the paper.All in all,this article embarks from the current problems in GP law firm,law firms,management mode and management mode to compare,using two rights separation,principal-agent,stakeholders,the company management theory research,through analyzing the current situation of GP law firm at present,and in view of the overall situation of domestic and foreign law firms come to the conclusion that although yangzhou GP law firms currently development condition does not yet have the basis of corporate restructuring,but starting at the present stage,first of all,from the perspective of management innovation,through the study of the patterns of traditional partnership law firm management,puts forward some ideas of management mode of reconfiguration,By means of rebuilding the organizational system and building the rectangular team structure,the law firm will be promoted to professional,team-oriented and standardized development.It is expected to achieve the goal of corporate management innovation of traditional partnership law firm.
