Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Education Correction Of Drug Abusers In Guangdong Province

The drug has become the common enemy of mankind society, how effective treatment is a common problem facing the world. China's increasingly serious drug trafficking problem, seriously hindered the development of economy, at the same time, the drug problem also for the construction of a harmonious society constitutes a major hazard, make our country's public management ability faces a huge challenge. As of June 1,2008 "The Anti-drug Law of the People's Republic of China" promulgated, long plagued the managers of the drug addicts nature of the problem, but it is still not an effective solution of drug addicts enthusiasm is not high and easy to relapse after detoxification and other issues, but also exist in the practice of educational correction process of drug addicts in the Similar problems. Based on this, this paper through the research of theory and practice, using literature research method,quantitative and qualitative analysis method,investigation method, according to the actual situation of Guangdong province compulsory isolation detoxification work, aiming at the existing problems and reasons of compulsory isolation detoxification treatment education work, proposed a series of methods and proposals to improve compulsory isolation the education quality of education and correction of drug addicts.This paper takes Guangdong province compulsory isolation centers as the research background, from the management science, pedagogy, psychology, science and other aspects of the comprehensive analysis of the province in compulsory detoxification personnel management,education,the objective aspects of psychological treatment and grassroots police team construction were analyzed, through analysis, comparison,combined with the survey the data, to explore a new model suitable for compulsory detoxification treatment. Education through the investigation, we can see that Guangdong province of compulsory isolation detoxification treatment education work is in the right direction, has made some achievements, but there are still imperfect system, imperfect management education and rehabilitation measures for defects.
