Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Intelligent Management In A Drug Rehabilitation Center In Sichuan Province

Currently,the nation is continuously promoting judicial reform and completing innovation in social governance mechanisms.As underscored in the 20 th National Congress Report,the construction of a digital China should be accelerated.In terms of the current political and legal work,it is necessary to promote the professionalization and rule of law in public prosecution,prisons,and drug rehabilitation administration departments.With the successful overall transformation from labor education to drug rehabilitation work,continuous improvement of drug rehabilitation work processes and management systems,and obvious improvement in the level of informatization in places,these have all laid a good material and practical foundation for building intelligent management of drug rehabilitation centers.In the practice of judicial reform,smart drug rehabilitation management is an important achievement in special fields such as drug rehabilitation systems.A long-term goal in the current drug rehabilitation system in Sichuan Province is to create a smart drug rehabilitation center model.In this regard,it is imperative to interpret the content of smart drug rehabilitation center management in conjunction with specific drug rehabilitation work in Sichuan Province,use smart drug rehabilitation systems,and improve the results of intelligent construction.Taking drug rehabilitation center A as an example,this paper comprehensively applies public administration and other theories such as case analysis methods,comparative research methods,and interview investigation methods,analyzes the new situation and challenges facing drug rehabilitation centers in Sichuan Province in smart management,and provides a detailed analysis and summary of the current state of intelligent management at drug rehabilitation center A.Drug Rehabilitation Center A is the first batch of “smart drug rehabilitation centers” model units in the national administration of justice system in 2021,which pioneered “artificial intelligence +augmented reality” technology in the country.The AI+AR drug rehabilitation assessment and correction system was rated as the “top ten innovative products of smart policing”.In the current situation of rapid development of big data and the Internet,through interviews and surveys on the current state of intelligent management of drug rehabilitation center A,this study found that drug rehabilitation center A has some problems in smart management,including long infrastructure development time,platform smart management is weak,Confusion between the old and new systems and hidden dangers of information security,Analysis of the reasons for this problem is mainly reflected in four areas: insufficient overall development plans,imperfect intelligent management systems,low level of intelligence in information technology,lack of training of professional talent teams,and weak system implementation and safety awareness.Combining advanced domestic experience in intelligent management and the current state of technology,this study puts forward construction measures in four areas:strengthen overall planning,improving the intelligent management system,raising the level of intelligence in information technology,cultivating a team of professional talents,strengthening safety awareness,and closing management loopholes.Combining relevant laws and regulations with relevant knowledge of public administration,the paper provides corresponding reference strategies for the intelligent management of drug rehabilitation centers in different regions by drawing on the intelligent management experience of drug rehabilitation centers in different regions.Hopefully,it can provide reference opinions for the intelligent management of drug rehabilitation centers in other drug rehabilitation centers and even drug rehabilitation centers in the national judicial system.
