A Study Of The Citizen's Charity Awareness Under The Guidance Of Core Values Of Chinese Socialism

Based on one's self-identity,citizen's charity awareness refers to a voluntary internalization of charity awareness into social obligations and basic charity attitudes,and an externalization of charity awareness into ways of life and habitual behavior by the understanding and judgment of the rules and regulations,development and measures about charity,with substantial actions to promote other citizens' positivity in taking part into the charity enterprise.Being a significant power in the realization of a well-off society in all aspects,citizen's charity awareness is not only a prerequisite for the prosperity of charity enterprise;it is also an advantageous condition to alleviate social conflicts.However,with the economic globalization and changes in economic system,social structures,stakes layout and ideas,successive western thoughts intertwined with various ideological trends appeared in reformation results in a diversification in people's values tendency,which proposes a new challenge to the foster of citizen's charity awareness.The thesis,adopting the leading role of the core values of Chinese socialism in the foster of citizen's charity awareness,firstly figures out the relations of fundamental concepts and then analyzes and summarizes its predicaments and reasons,finally puts forward its main problems and the corresponding effective strategies.The thesis consists of an introduction,the main parts and a coda.The introduction is about the aim and importance of the research,the status quo of the research both in and abroad,the route and methodologies adopted by the research,and the innovations and deficiencies of the research.The main parts have three sub-parts,which are:Chapter 1: This part explains the connotation of citizen's charity awareness and core values of Chinese socialism.It also makes a brief review about the classical Marxist authors' ideas on charity and charity awareness.Based on the relevance of charity and charity awareness,it proposes a necessity of the fostering of citizen's charity awareness under the guidance of core values of Chinese socialism thus laying foundations for subsequent arguments.Chapter 2: This chapter examines the status quo of the fostering of citizen's charity awareness from the perspective of values.This part makes an empirical research on the fostering of citizen's charity awareness based on existent resources,then it formulates the problems and analyzes the reasons combining the traditional moral education which provides an empirical basis for the thesis.Chapter 3: This part concerns about the route analysis of the fostering of citizen's charity awareness under the guidance of core values of Chinese socialism.Believing in the leading role of core values of Chinese socialism in the cultivation of citizen's charity awareness,this part puts forward feasible countermeasures from the national level,social level and individual level.The coda is a holistic summary about the thesis and its empirical significance.
