Research On The Role Of The First Secretary In Poverty Alleviation

The problem of poverty is a long-standing problem,the work of poverty alleviation has a long history meanwhile.There are many kinds of mature theories of poverty at home and abroad,but the current practice situation in our country is that the single mode of poverty alleviation and the single theory can not shake off poverty Roundly.On the basis of many years of experience in poverty alleviation,combined with current actual situation in our country,First secretary is an innovated poverty alleviation mode.At present first secretary policy go ahead of the rest,and theoretical research is lagging behind.In this paper,Selecting the first Secretary who was sent to the sanjiao town in Liulin County as the research object,using various research methods such as interviews literature and so on,I analysis the problems of first secretary in actual operation,the reasons in-depth,and then give advise on the basis.This text is divided into four chapters,chapter1 introduces the origin and development of the first secretary system,and describes the necessity of first secretary.Based on the investigation of five first secretaries village in the town of the sanjiao town in Liulin County,Chapter 2 introduces the investigation of the first secretary in the village,including the contents and results of the study.Combined with the actual work of the first Secretary and direct material and relevant indirect experience,Chapter 3 sums up the problems existing in the work of first secretary in the poverty alleviation.In order to offer some help of the theoretical study and guidance to the first Secretary of our country,Chapter 4 puts forward some policy suggestions,aiming at problems of the first secretary poverty alleviation work.
