A Discussion On The Basic-level Construction Of The Communist Party Organization In Targeted Poverty Alleviation

At present,implement targeted poverty alleviation and getting rid of poverty accurately have become the common aspiration of the whole society.It is the primary task of the party to win the fight against poverty.In the meeting of the Central Committee for Poverty Alleviation in 2015,the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China(CPC)said that we would achieve the goal of getting rid of poverty by 2020,and emphasized that we should combine the basic-level construction of the communist party organization with poverty alleviation to head for common prosperity.Therefore,how to promote the basic-level construction of the communist party organization in targeted poverty alleviation,and how to make the party to better serve the society,and finally achieve the whole goal of getting rid of poverty completely is a question worthy of thinking deeply.In this paper,I take Zuoquan County,a typically poor areas,for instance to explore how to strengthen the basic-level construction of the communist party organization and make it fully play its role to better get out of poverty.This paper is divided into five parts,four chapters: the first part is an introduction,I illustrate research background,research status and explain the research methods,ideas,contents and innovations briefly.The second part(the first chapter)is the theoretical analysis,starting from the basic connotation of poverty alleviation,I mainly point out the new requirements for the basic-level construction of the communist party organization in targeted poverty alleviation and state the importance of it.In addition,the function also should be analyzed in detail.The third part(the second chapter)talk about the effect and experience of the basic-level construction of the communist party organization in targeted poverty alleviation.Based on Zuoquan County,this paper expounds the achievements in getting free from poverty and summarize the practices and lessons.The fourth part(the third chapter)is about an analysis of the problems and causes of the basic-level construction of the communist party organization in targeted poverty alleviation,on thebasis of the fourth part,I look into the problem and its causes actively in order to explain the links between them;The fifth section(the fourth chapter)is strategy analysis,on the basis of Zuoquan County,from a common vision,I mainly express how to promote precision poverty alleviation through the basic-level construction of the communist party organization.
