Grassroots Party Building Management Helps Research On Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas

Poverty has always been an important issue that all countries in the world need to face and solve.Regardless of developed countries,developing countries and even the least developed countries,they are making unremitting efforts to "eliminate poverty." China has a large population base and poverty management is particularly difficult.The rural grassroots party organization is the foundation of all the work and combat effectiveness of our party in the countryside.It is also the core of leadership at all levels of the countryside and in various undertakings.The implementation of the Party's various policies in the rural areas requires the coordination of rural grassroots party organizations.Therefore,grassroots party organization plays a vital and irreplaceable role in the precise poverty alleviation work of rural areas.It is precisely based on such realistic needs that the idea of grassroots party construction to help rural areas overcome poverty and achieve prosperity has emerged and gradually become a model of poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics.However,in the current grassroots party construction management in rural areas,there are still some problems such as backward ideas and lagging management,which cannot meet the needs of local economic development.At the same time,in the implementation of rural poverty alleviation work,most of the poverty alleviation measures are relatively simple,lacking flexible operation methods,and it is still difficult to achieve the expected results after time and effort.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the management of grassroots party organizations,give full play to the role of grassroots party construction,and implement the efficient operation of rural poverty alleviation through grassroots party construction management.Based on such realistic background and requirements,this paper conducts detailed and in-depth investigations on the natural conditions of the work place,Gelu Village,Dazhen Town,Dalian,about the party construction work of the grassroots party organizations,the village poverty problems and the reasons.The main research contents include: Firstly,Review the literature,clarify the specific meaning of party construction management and precise poverty alleviation,and fully investigate the causes of poverty at home and abroad,the exploration of poverty alleviation models and the results achieved,to provide theoretical references for this study;Secondly,Interviews and questionnaires were conducted to investigate the situation of grassroots party construction management in Gezhen Village,and investigate the poverty situation of the village.The results of the survey were summarized and analyzed,to deeply explore the problems of grassroots party construction,the current situation of rural poverty alleviation,and grassroots party construction management in rural areas.Thirdly,Based on this work,we then fully investigated the innovations and successful cases of party construction management across the country to accelerate precision poverty alleviation and deepen the party construction management for Dazheng Town or other villages and towns,thus give a reference in precision poverty alleviation;Forth,Taking Dazheng Town as an example,this study analyzed the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the party construction management at the grassroots level and better assisting the poor in poverty alleviation through party construction.This topic aims to explore and study the innovative service methods of grassroots party construction work through comprehensive research,to provide diversified working ideas for accurate poverty alleviation;to explore the party construction management and precision poverty alleviation model in Dazhen Town,and to enrich the role of grassroots party construction assistance in helping the poor mode.This study also has guiding significance for the grassroots party construction to lead the poverty alleviation through self-improvement.On the contrary,it is of guiding significance to promote the improvement of grassroots party construction work through precise poverty alleviation.
