Stydy On The Evaluation Of Residents'satisfaction Of New Rural Constructoion In Xuzhou

New rural construction has been proposed in the Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth CPC Central Committee. The new rural construction has been widely carried out in the country and has achieved remarkable results. This study from the perspective of rural residents to study the status of the new rural construction, and analysis of the impact of the new rural resident's satisfaction factors as farmers are the main objects of rural construction. Through reading and analyzing the domestic and foreign research literature on rural construction and satisfaction, this paper summarized the status of domestic and international rural construction and the theory of satisfaction. On this basis, this paper puts forward the research hypothesis about the satisfaction of the new rural construction. According to the previous scholars' research experience and the study design scale, we make use of the questionnaire to understand and study the residents' satisfaction of the new rural construction in Xuzhou.According to the collected data, this paper analyzed the reliability of the questionnaire and the validity which contained the exploratory factor analysis and certainty factor analysis. The hypotheses of the research were verified through the correlation test and regression analysis, respectively test on the correlation and regression equation between the factors of satisfaction and effect of the new rural construction of residents. Economic conditions, public infrastructure, agricultural policy, education condition, village democracy and civilization health, all of them have a significant positive correlation with the satisfaction of new rural residents.Through correlation analysis and regression analysis, the hypothesis of the relationship between the residents' satisfaction and affective factors in the new rural construction was tested and the results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the satisfaction and support of the new rural construction, and there is a significant negative correlation between the satisfaction and the emotional factors of the complaint.The construction of new rural areas is becoming more and more mature, and the content of the construction is becoming more and more abundant. However, there still exist many problems which need to be improved in the process of building new countryside.
