The Reseach Of The Old People's Cognition And Behavior In Disease Prevention At The Nuring Home In Chengdu

With the growth of China's aging society, the concerns for nursing homes are increasing in recent years. Therefore our country has introduced a series of policies and regulations on the elderly,the newly revised "The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Elderly People" Clearly put forward that the government must develop the nursing home public service system vigorously to protect the right of the elderly that to enjoy the material and cultural life from the national community. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the cognition and behavior of the elderly in the nursing home. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to ensure that the elderly in the nursing home get the help of the state material and culture.This paper investigates the cognition and behavior of the elderly patients in the nursing home and the influencing factors of the disease in Chengdu nursing home by means of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, factor analysis and experimental verification.The factors of cognition and behavior of athletes were analyzed,and the proposed recomme ndations were analyzed,too.1. Through the Chengdu nursing home, elderly patients without disease treatment movement cognitive and behavioral analysis, we can get the following conclusions:(1) Chengdu's elderly nursing staffs are bad at information exchange,and can't gain the new knowledge effectively. The most important factor affecting the movement of the elderly is that their movement behaviors are blindness,and unconsciousness.(2) elderly people in the nursing home are not disease treatment behavior mainly from the health and disease prevention, but the old shape, adapt to seasonal changes, the whole mentality, relieve stress, physical movement, improve physical fitness, comprehensive reflect the elderly for the treatment of disease.2. Through the elderly nursing home in Chengdu, the disease treatment of the status awaren ess Cometo following conclusions: (1) Chengdu, nursing home for the elderly, 98% of the elderly do not know about the treatment of disease. (2) The frequency of exercise in the elderly in Chengdu is very high, and the age, education, living standard, economic status and health sta tus of the elderly are related to the behavior of the elderly.3.(1) The main motive of the elderly in the nursing home in Chengdu is to keep the body hea Ithy and enrich the leisure time of the amateur culture. (2) Chengdu elderly nursing home to participate has a single pattern in sports projects, venues, organizations, institutions.Objective: To analyze the factors that affect the cognition and behavior of the elderly patients in the nursing home. The factors that affect the cognition and behavior of the elderly patients in the nursing home have their own factors, nursing home factors and social factors.4.According to the reasons for the analysis come to the following suggestions: (1) For the elderly themselves, they should strengthen the elderly nursing home in Chengdu to guide the elderly to improve the thinking of the elderly without thinking awareness of treatment, to strengthen the elderly on health and mental health Supervision and management, to enhance the awaren ess of the health crisis of the elderly; (2) nursing home should strengthen the government public service units to increase the employment of public housing in nursing homes,what's more,the nursing homes to strengthen their own foreign exchange to expand the channels of nursing homes funding sources. (3) social aspects, make full use of the public service system of nursing homes, to build an integrated nursing home model, multi-channel open up other social public service platform.5.(1) With the development of the elderly in Chengdu nursing home disease awareness and behavior of the special publicity seminars, design validation method is reasonable and effective. (2)Compared with the results of the previous survey, the results of the validation showed a significant improvement in the understanding of the disease among those who had not been treated by disease, accounting for 72.2% of the surveyed population. From the understandin g of the disease, Health awareness increased to 83.3%, never disease treatment to guide the behavior of the exercise to 88.9%, the elderly in Chengdu nursing home disease treatment guidance movement awareness and behavior has a positive feasibility.
