Architecture Design Of Aged Nursing Home In B1 Plot,Waterfront District,Chaixu Road,Gaogang Country,Taizhou City

The graduation design,architecture design of aged nursing home in B1 plot,waterfront district,Chaixu Road,Gaogang Country,Taizhou City,is based on the actual project of Zhou Ling studio.The project site is located in Chaixu Road,Gaogang Country,Taizhou City.The west side of the site is the Gaogang traditional Chinese medicine hospital,so the medical advantage of the plot is more obvious.According to 2015 annuals of Taizhou City's Statistical Office,The population of Taizhou City aged 60 or more is 24.35%,the trend of aging attracts much attention.However,the aged Homes in Taizhou City are seriously inadequate.The project aims to establish an aged nursing home for the device-aided elderly and the nursing-card elderly and ease pension service pressure of the society.The total land area is 4234.56 m2,the building base area is 1750·76 m2 and the total construction area is 9863.82m2.the construction area of The Device-aided Elderly building is 6421.86 m2 with 102 beds in it,and the construction area of The Nursing-card Elderly building is 3441.96 m2 with 80 beds in it.The floor area ratio of this building is 2.33,and the building density is 41.3%.The project is mainly concerned with the following issues in the design process:1,The overall layout of the building;How can we optimize the layout of the building in limited space and increase the number of beds as much as possible.2,The functional space of the building;How to organize each function space in the narrow plot,and reduce the waste of the traffic space is the main focus of the design.3,The modeling and materials of the building;The modeling of the aged nursing home should be consistent with the surroundings and reflect the characteristics of the elderly buildings.There are four parts in this article;The first chapter is general situation of the project.The second chapter is related research.Through the study of the aging of population,the study of the aged buildings and the demand of the elderly,the author defines the mode of pension and the consumers of this project.The third chapter is the design of the whole process.From the overall layout to the functional space,and then to the architectural modeling and architectural structure and gradually in-depth design,the author completed the whole project.The fourth chapter is the project results show,including the design of the renderings and technical drawings.The whole thesis contains about 10023 words,44 pictures and charts.
