Research On The Influence Factors Of Trust System

Since the mechanism of market economy set up for 30 years,social development has exerted a profound influence on society that may be expressed in : Firstly,in the competing interests and value pluralism social environment,the opportunism behaviors are inevitably,adversely affect the market economic system.The trust system and the legal system are basic requirement for the maintenance and improve of the market economy system.Secondly,under the market economic environment,the integration of public interest depends on the democratic rule of law.Democracy is the basic standard of contemporary political legitimacy,while the establishment of the system of trust is an important condition of democratic consolidation.At present,the Chinese society is constructing of national democracy and law system,stating management modernization,so set up the system of legal authority and establish a system of trust are needed.Furthermore,the socialization of production and economic globalization promoted the social mobility enhancement,which intensifies the complexity and uncertainty of the social environment,interpersonal expansion of the scope of the defamiliarization and puts forward higher requirements on trust.The traditional "acquaintances society" the personality of trust has been unable to adapt to the needs of modern society,and the macroscopic system of trust has not yet been established,the broken trust has caused many practical problems.Therefore,the present study and explore at trust system is of undoubtedly considerable realistic significance.In this background,this article to answer the research question of "what is the influence factors of system can be trusted and what's the relationship between them".In this paper,by choosing under Xiawei village,zengcheng,Guangzhou primary-level democracy system as the research object,using the data processing method of grounded theory to collect materials and process by three coding steps.By the research,the social environment factors,the motivation factors of system bodies,the political elite,system information,system construction and system performance factors are the main factors influencing the system to be trusted.Furthermore,by analyzing the relationship between the six main categories,we constitute the system logic analysis framework on how to be trusted.Finally,the research conclusion proposed countermeasures and suggestions of the system of trust,namely,six aspects such as optimize the social environment,seek motivation point,give full play to the role of political elites lead,strengthening the information support system,perfecting the system mechanism and improve system performance.
