Research On The Mechanism Of False Information Diffusion And Intervention On Two-layered Network In Public Crisis

As mass unexpected incidents,the public crisis has brought great adverse effects on the daily production and daily life.While the the public crisis events caused by rumor and other false information diffusion are occupying an increasingly high proportion along with the times.Public crisis tends to be related to the fundamental interests of the public,so the relevant information is more likely to cause people's attention.In recent years,the development of the internet has provided more diffusion channels for false information.With the rapid spread of false information in the public,if can not be controlled in time,it is very easy to cause social panic and leads to sever effects on social order.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the mechanism and intervention strategies of false information diffusion in public crisis to control the false information and reduce the loss of public crisis.Firstly,based on the above background,considering the actual diffusion paths of false information,the topology of online social networks and offline social networks was analyzed.And then the two-layered network model of false information diffusion in public crisis was built.According to the modified SIR model,after setting the diffusion rules based on the two-layered network topology,the false information diffusion threshold of the two-layered network was calculated.Secondly,according to macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of the false information diffusion network,the outbreak process was investigated under different characteristics of the network,including closeness between networks and characteristics of initial nodes,which will reveal the diffusion mechanism of false information on the two-layered network in public crisis.Finally,the intervention for false information in public crisis was divided into two situations.The integrated immunization strategies based on complex networks before the outbreak were proposed according to relevant references about false information immunization,and the immunization threshold was derived.Then,intervention strategies after the outbreak of false information was investigated,and found that theintegrated immunization strategy fails to control the outbreak process,while publishing correct information in time tends to be more effective in false information controlling.And the influence of nodes' degree on information spreading will be decreased when the nodes who publish correct information are with higher credibility.
