Research On Outbreak Mechanism And Governance Of False Information In Public Crises Based On Explosive Percolation Throry

The sudden outbreak of public crisis is often accompanied by false information.The sudden mass spread of false information will not only cause panic of the crowd,but the two hazards caused by the public crisis will bring inestimable loss.False information often erupt without warning.Under the premise that the relevant organizations and masses are not well prepared,it is difficult to form effective responses.The false information that triggering public crisis is also closely related to the interests of the masses.It also leads to a high degree of attention and a wider range of communication,which can easily lead to crisis events.Discover the law of pseudo information bursts,and make timely response before initiating public crisis,so as to avoid the crisis.Therefore,it is of great significance for the government to intervene and govern the government to study the diffusion mechanism of the sudden outbreak of false information in the public crisis.Based on the above background,this paper first introduces the theory of explosive percolation according to the diffusion characteristics of the false information of public crisis,and improves it,and constructs an improved pseudo information diffusion model of public crisis based on the theory of explosive percolation.The diffusion mechanism of pseudo information is analyzed by the maximum connected branch,the outburst threshold,the branch merging,and the pseudo information diffusion rate that reflects the number of infected nodes.It is found that the diffusion characteristics of false information and the reason for its sudden outburst.Secondly,based on the explored pseudo information explosion mechanism and the three immune strategies commonly used in complex networks,three improved governance options for the diffusion of public crisis pseudo information are proposed,and the intervention time and the intervention effect of three kinds of governance choices are analyzed by computer simulation.It provides theoretical guidance for government and related departments to deal with pseudo information in public crisis.Finally,on the basis of detecting the public crisis false information transmission mechanism,the validity of the model is verified by case analysis,so as to verify theeffectiveness and rationality of the choice of the governance strategy.
