Legal Research On The Rights Of Broadcasting Rights In Sports

At present,the sports companies compete to buy broadcast rights events.For instance,the tournament rights events had sold 8 billion price;Tencent got the rights of the next five seasons NBA network exclusive broadcast rights with$500 million.People pay high attention to sports activities and related sports had reached a very high level.The production and dissemination of sports events raise the level.Apart from a large number of sports enthusiasts watch sports event,more and more people choose various media such as radio,television,network etc.They focus on the sports events.Among the numerous media,TV and Internet broadcasting are one of the main ways for people to choose to watch sports games on the basis of their unique novelty and convenience.The production of sports events and the related sports broadcast rights have become a complex problem involving many aspects of legal relations.The protection of sports programs can be used by the copyright of the works,and those works will have a direct impact on the sports program of human rights.In the current copyright law and under the framework of application program,copyright protection law of sports games are difficult,the legal position of sports program is still need to be explored.In the protection of the right to broadcast sports events,regardless of the protection of the object,the subject of rights,applicable laws and protective measures,etc.In this paper,we want to discuss how to effectively protect the broadcast rights of sports events under the existing legal framework.Therefore,by choosing the right to broadcast this perspective,there are four parts of this thesis.First of all,I am going to define the sports broadcast rights.Then I make a thorough analysis of its legal attribute in the second part.The third part introduces the sports broadcast infringement and analysis and network media infringement.The fourth part of our study is the solution of broadcast rights regulation.I decide to study sports broadcast rights.Although limited in depth,but the sports broadcast rights interests,legal protection andregulation to protect and study has high research value.
