Research On Deng Xiaoping's National Thought

China is a multinational country since ancient times,to safeguard the unity of the motherland is the eternal pursuit of all ethnic groups of Chinese people.However,due to the influence of historical conditions and geographical location,there is a deep gap between the minorities and the Han,and also the phenomenon of mutual exclusion among the minorities,this fragmentation is difficult to realize the reunification of the motherland.Therefore,only when national work is carried out properly and ethnic relations are handled scientifically,can ethnic areas become prosperity and development and the the whole country realize long-term stability.As an important part of Marxism and Deng Xiaoping Theory,Deng Xiaoping's national thought is a scientific theory system that keeps pace with times,which based on inheriting and developing the national theory of Marxism and Mao Zedong Thought,combining the actual situation of our nation and summing up the practical experience of Chinese Communist Party's national work.It is the guiding ideology of our national work.It solved the problem of how to deal with the national work in our country with backward economic and cultural development under the times background of peace and development.Deng Xiaoping 's national thought has abundant connotation,comprehensive theory,original viewpoint and profound significance.It not only inherits the essence theory of seeking truth from facts of Mao Zedong Thought and enriches the basic national guiding ideology of national equality and national unity,but also puts forward many new ideas and new conclusions about the nation based on the national development reality in the new period,it is a new breakthrough in the national work field.After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the second generation of the central collective leadership with Deng Xiaoping as the core created the Deng Xiaoping Theory with the theme of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is the second historic leap of the combination of the basic principles of Marxism and Chinese reality after Mao Zedong Thought.Deng Xiaoping's national thought not only has a guiding significance to national work both in the old and new times,but also has great significance to the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This thesis has three parts.The first part discusses the background of Deng Xi aoping's national thought.The second part summarizes the main content of Deng X iaoping's national thought.The third part analyzes the inheritance and development of Deng Xiaoping's national thought to Marxism,it also elaborates Deng Xiaoping's national thought's promotion to the development of socialism with Chinese character istics,Expounds the contemporary value of Deng Xiaoping's national thought.
