Research On Working Mechanism Of Labor-dispute Mediation And Arbitration In Dingxi City

Labor relations is an important social relationship between employers and employees in the process of labor rights and interests in the background of industrial production.In the mid 90 s of the last century,the state promulgated the "labor law" from the macro perspective of China's labor and employment.In recent years,the promulgation and amend of labor contract law as well as labor dispute mediation and arbitration law,a substantive and procedural law,which is the basis of the labor dispute settlement mechanism,the promulgation and implementation of the Ministry of human resources and social security related refinement of labor dispute arbitration work department regulations,mark the improvement and perfection of China's labor relations and labor dispute settlement law system.Dingxi City,due to the increase of the rapid economic development and investment projects,all kinds of enterprises settled in the local labor dispute quantity increased significantly,also a significant increase,the local labor dispute mediation and arbitration institutions are facing such a situation,gradually revealing the problems and shortcomings of the organization setting,personnel structure,hardware construction.According to the new situation facing the labor dispute handling mechanism above the city of Dingxi,new problems have gradually emerged,from the development and evolution of China's labor dispute mediation and arbitration system of labor dispute mediation and arbitration work the current status of our research,analysis of the local labor dispute handling mechanism deficiencies and gap.This paper systematically studies the whole picture and characteristics of labor dispute settlement system in developed countries and regions.According to the economic development of Dingxi and the actual situation of the labor dispute settlement mechanism,this paper puts forward the feasible scheme to optimize the system of labor dispute mediation and arbitration in Dingxi.The research not only puts forward some measures to improve the labor dispute mediation in Dingxi,but also has some reference value for the optimization of labor dispute mediation mechanism in the underdeveloped regions of the central and Western regions.
