with the rapid growth of the number of people participating in the personnel examination and the continuous deterioration of the examination environment,the safeguard measures are difficult to cope with the new large-scale situation and the new environmental comprehensive management requirements.Human resources and security departments is difficult to complete the complex large-scale personnel examination of the organization,social,education,public security and other multi-sector coordination to become an inevitable trend of change.Cross-sectoral coordination has become a fundamental work to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the government's large-scale personnel examination.At present,China's theory of large-scale personnel examination organization and management behind the practice.Due to the overall size of the personnel examination and the scale of individual examinations in the top three for a long time in the country,Guangdong Province has accumulated a wealth of large-scale personnel inspection organization management and cross-sectoral coordination of practical experience.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the cross-departmental coordination mechanism of large-scale personnel examination in Guangdong province and to deal with the trend of large-scale personnel examination.This paper takes Guangdong Province as an example,research idea follows the " asking questions-analyzing problems-solving problems " ways,and uses the methods of literature analysis,interview,comparative analysis and so on.On base of fully studying the existing administrative coordination,resource dependence and interface management theory and practice at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the general situation and achievements of cross-sectoral coordination in the management of large-scale personnel examination organization in Guangdong Province,and summarizes six existing problems and tries to put forward five reasons.Finally,this paper puts forward six points of countermeasure from the perspective of the competent Department of personnel examination.This paper analyzes and discusses the combination of reality and forward-looking in this paper,which is based on the problems of cross-sectoral coordination of large-scale personnel examination in Guangdong Province.This paper hopes to improve the level of administrative coordination of departments in charge of departmental affairs in Guangdong Province and provide some useful revelations to other provinces to cope with the trend of large-scale development,and to contribute to the improvement of cross-sectoral coordination system for large-scale personnel examination in China.
