Doctor-patient Trust Risk Research In The Process Of Interaction

Modern medical decision–making process requires great trust relationship between doctors and patients,but in recent years,cases of violent injury medical is presented about medical decision-making process of serious damage to the trust relationship between the two sides communicate.Doctors and patients from full trust to a grain of salt,and then to lose faith,and on violence in finally,both sides are not affordable this result.How to observe the generate process of medical trust risks? There is a rule in the typical cases,how to find the amplification process about the trust risk to trust crisis in the case?Medical process need of the medical order that is based on institution,and the task relationship that is shaped by the social role of trust relationship in specific situation.Except not considering factors of parties' interpersonal trust,the doctor and the patients not only comply with the medical order,but also share the trust space in the trust relations.Based on the institutional analysis and development framework,the interactive process' influence factors include exogenous variable,but the more important factors are medical order,cooperation norms and the shaping process of action.Thus,the doctor-patient contact model and the result of interaction that is must comply with the code of ethics and based on the institutional trust.Otherwise,enact the hospital order,legal appraisal result,administrative mediation of the right to adjust the allocation of resources and medical behavior.In order to clearly observe the medical trust risk generate and communicate amplification process,this article selects typical cases in June,2015,from the perspective of rational choice institutionalism,by observing the typical case put a new view about the generating processes of trust risk and the enlargement channel of communication.Based on the doctor-patient interaction theory,the research of doctor-patient trust and the analysis of case,this article tries to parse the doctor-patient trust risk generating elements and key setting in the interaction.This article is collected from several typical cases,and analyzed the specific trust risk in doctor-patient interaction by QCA.The study found that:1?The deficiency of institution about operation agreement is key factor.2?The trust is restricted by the asymmetric information and communication channels.3?The propagation of trust risk to trust crisis is combines with medical key information,communication channel and communication setting of one-way enlargement.This is a significant enlightening role in the development of medical services and the effectively doctor-patient interactive process firstly;improve doctor-patient interaction in the process of corresponding supporting institution.Secondly,identification of trust risk of generating elements and enlargement channel of communication is the basis of further study,such as promote great doctor-patient communication,effective management of doctor-patient trust risk and increase health benefits.
