Research On The Method For Constructing The Curriculum System Of Naval Preselected Professional Non-commissioned Officers Training

The naval professional non-commissioned officers are important ingredient of naval forces,and also the core elements of fighting power in the navy.The naval professional non-commissioned officers play roles on the operating,maintaining and development of equipment,which demand them with higher political,military,technical,physical and psychological quality.Therefore,a naval preselected professional non-commissioned officer should be trained before enlisted in the navy.The key to promote the training quality for preselected professional non-commissioned officers is a scientific curriculum system,which is different from other personnel training.This thesis mainly researches on the method for constructing the curriculum system of naval preselected professional non-commissioned officers training,to overcome the deficiencies of existing constructing models.The core of this method is to promote training quality,and hence improving post adaptability.Firstly,this thesis introduces some basic concept about the training of naval preselected professional non-commissioned officers.Some deficiencies of current training method and requirements for the curriculum system are pointed out.Secondly,the principles and ideas for constructing curriculum system are put forward.A framework for constructing curriculum system of naval preselected professional non-commissioned officers training is built,after analyzing the basic elements of curriculum system.Thirdly,the requirements analysis method for vocational skills and the requirement-oriented design mode for curriculum content are presented by applying the military requirement engineering technique.Fourthly,according to the design characters of curriculum system implementation,an overall planning graph based design method for curriculum system implementation of naval preselected professional non-commissioned officers training is brought up.Last,an example is introduced to the construct of the curriculum system for naval preselected professional non-commissioned officers training,through which the design methods for curriculum content and curriculum system implementation presented by this thesis are illustrated and validated.
