The Research Of Safety Management For Artillery Regiment Gunnery Training

Safety is not only the basic requirements of human life,but also related to social stability.With the advance of the reform of the army,the army is increasingly high demand for security.In particular,the modern artillery,high degree of mechanization,information technology intensive,powerful weapons,coupled with high quality requirements for personnel,training control is difficult.A security incident would result to equipment damage,personnel injuries,heavy casualties,the impact of military stability and reform process.In this thesis,the gunnery training of artillery regiment is taken as a subject of safety management,and the method of safety management is studied.The idea of social technology system is introduced,and the theory of hierarchical control model is put forward.Then the method of generating security constraints is discussed.The social and technical characteristics of the army are analyzed,which provides the basis for the application of the model.Based on the theory of hierarchical control model and combining with the practice of artillery gunnery training,the safety control model of the artillery regiment firing training is constructed.By improving the safety management and control system,a set of safety management control system is proposed,which is applied to the artillery regiment gunnery training.
