At present,the domestic and foreign research specifically for the information innovation of police department is not much research on the mode of police combat command also needs to be further strengthened,and in recent years,violent terrorist cases have occurred,this is a wake-up call for us,so we build a strong police combat command system to ensure the safe operation of the whole city.It has become the focus of the work of the police department.This paper studied the model of police information based on operational command,put forward a set of relatively complete and detailed solutions,and verified the feasibility of the new model through the case,the main work includes:(1)an in-depth analysis of the current situation of business,service management,dispatching police and police intelligence analysis and etc.the main problems;(2)system and cooperation and joint operations,TAM technology adoption and BPR business process reengineering based on the theory,the use of big data,cloud computing and text data mining technology,to build intelligence to lead and command as a leader,for the purpose of action,guarantee for driving "four one" command mode;(3)by case simulation,the proposed model was verified to illustrate the feasibility and availability of the model.This paper explores the command mode police operational information based on,in order to meet the timely warning and command efficiency,rapid response,resource sharing,active policing and police science,digital policing and police intelligence combined with the goal,to enhance the capacity and level of Police Combat Command disposal work provides research ideas and reference.
