Provincial Public Security Bureau Command And Decision Making Platform

The Provincial Department Command Center System should make the most use of Modern Communication Technology and Public Security Communication Infrastructure, taking Computer Network Technology as support, serving Public Security Database, Plan Database and Knowledge Base as basis, setting Geographic Information, Data Analysis, Information Display as methods, to fulfill direct dispatch to different levels of command center and forefront minimal combat unit(including sectors, offices, squads, block stations and individuals) of all over the province. It will fulfill the information transmission between itself with Ministry of Public Security, Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Government, Provincial Anti-terrorism Member Unit and all Provincial Cities and Airport Public Security Bureau. It will also fulfill the command functions of emergency data’s collection and analysis, emergency command’s aid decision making, emergency resource’s organization, coordination and management control, which can accordingly reduce the emergency’s threat to people’s health and life safety, minimizing the loss with the most effective control methods and less resource input.The construction of the command center will make the public security police service of all over the province networking, information transmission digitalized, aid decision making intelligent, police dispatching clustering, information resource sharing, search statistic timely and systemic technology standardized.It mainly includes seven systems: Command Dispatch system, Police Service Dispatch system, Police Service Complaint Acceptance system, Plan Auxiliary Management system, Police Geographic Information system, Police Service Duty Management System and Public Security Case Notification system.
