On The Competion Policy Rules Of The TPP Agreement And Its Enlightenment To China

Competition Policy has always been a great concern to many countries when signing the Free Trade Agreements.Nowadays,Many developed countries has became more and more mature in signing Competition Policy clause,on contrary,China always do imperfectly in this area.In this paper,by analysing Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement's Competition Policy clause with its regulation mode and binding with our own practice in Competition Policy clause,we will get a lot of valuable experience those can surely provide meaningful reference in signing Competition Policy clause in the future.The first chapter will study on the basic theory about Competition Policy and Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement firstly,including the concept and the founction of Competition Policy ? the relationship between Free Trade Agreements and Competition Policy?the related issues about Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement.In the second chapter,I will analyse the clause of Competition Policy in TPP Agreement,including the aim and the purpose of it.In the third chapter I will study on the change and influence which TPP Agreement brings to the Competition Policy in Free Trade Agreements,including three parts:change of Competition Policy's status ? change of Competition Policy's mode and change of Competition Policy's clause.In the last chapter,I will study on the inspiration which TPP Agreement brings to China's Competition Policy inFree Trade Agreement area,including four parts:the choosen of Competition Policy's mode?the democratism in Competition Policy?the reinforce in state owned enterprise anddispute settlement.
