Research On Public Participation System Of Major Administrative Decisions

In recent years,the party and the government have paid more and more attention to the scientific democratization and the rule of law of administrative decision.Emphasizing the need for public participation in major administrative decisions on a number of important occasions.On this basis,the local government has also responded to the central call,introduced a major administrative decision-making procedures.However,through the analysis of the latest local legislation and practice,there are still many problems in the current public decision system of administrative decision-making.The legislative level is mainly reflected in the differences between the legislation on the extension of major administrative decisions,the lack of public participation in information disclosure,public participation Lack of oversight and evaluation system.At the practical level,the problems of public participation are not strong,lack of public participation ability,and the exclusion of traditional management government to public participation.Based on the above problems,this paper puts forward the suggestions on the design,participation and supervision of the public participation system of major administrative decision-making based on the current system of our country and the specific situation of our country.In order to solve the problems in practice,we should strengthen public awareness of participation,cultivate public participation ability,and construct new interactive relationship between service government and citizen equality and cooperation.With a view to promoting the development of China's major administrative decision-making public participation system through this article.
