Research On Xi Jinping's International Responsibility View

The rise of China and its international status is one of the most influential events of the turn of the century.It is also a major event in the history of socialist sports.With the development of China as the second-largest economy,China's most influential in the home country,China will be "challenger" or maintain of the existing international order? It has sparked international debate.For China's international role and image of the cognition and evaluation is also mixed,especially for this purpose,xi as the core of the collective leadership and the Chinese government on many occasions expounds China's international China "irresponsible",as the history "conclusion","China threat theory","China collapse theory","China's colonial theory" and so on after the new rhetoric,to become an international society of the western discourse.Since the beginning of the new period,China's responsibility problem has gradually become the topic of domestic and international focus.Although China took on more and more international responsibilities,however,a sharp increase in the demands of the international community to the China international responsibility and unrealistic demands,not only put more and more foreign pressure on China and international responsibility burden,and derive more questioning and unrealistic demands.The understanding and performance of the responsibility,and the fact that it is the responsibility of a lot of international responsibilities.But unfortunately,due to China's international responsibility "the western discourse hegemony" and "collective aphasia" of Chinese opinion especially,have been partly caused China on international responsibility of thought and practice,deepen the international community on China's development of misinterpretation and misunderstanding,an urgent need to theoretical research on China's academic circles,knowledge supply and response to public opinion.Based on the Xi's important speech,the Chinese government's important documents,as well as the text of the related responsibility theory in China,in clarifying,summarized and analyzed,on the basis of the key ideas put forward to Xi's international responsibility theory and the practice,the basic connotation,based on practice and guiding significance to show the detailed analysis.This thesis is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is introduction,expounded the international responsibility this topic research background,research significance,research status,research contents and methods,and thesis possible innovations and deficiencies;On the basis of identifying the meaning of international responsibility,this article discusses the background,theory and practice of the international responsibilities of Xi Jinping.The third part is the core section of this article,based on xi since the eighteenth big important speech text,refining and summarizes the Xi Jinping,chairman of contemporary international political,economic,security,culture,and climate responsibility in the field of cognition;The fourth part,through case analysis,is a simple analysis and explanation of the practice of China's international responsibilities since the 18 th national congress.The fifth part analyzes the characteristics of xi's international responsibility concept and its contemporary theory and practice significance.Xi international responsibility view as the latest achievements in adapting Marxism to Chinese,not only adhere to the Marxism,and Marxism ceaselessly,formed the sinicization of Marxism international responsibility idea,enriched and developed the sinicization of Marxism theory system,especially in diplomacy and international relations,has become China's practice of the guide of international responsibilities.
