Research On The Safety Of Polices' Acts Of Lawenforcement From The Perspective Of The Safety Behavior Science

The modernization of the society make the science and material conditions changed,it creates favorable conditions for law enforcement of police in our country,but this environment has brought great challenges for law of police.Polices' task is heavy,they need work long time,and always have risk in law enforcement.Polices often work seven days a week,even work in the night,which caused part of polices' circadian rhythm disordered completely.Extended working hours lead part of polices' body and psychology reached the limit,this work even can lead to serious illness or death.Based on the research of our practical case,the current legislation and foreign experience,we found that the use of biological rhythm theory have some significance for protect the safety of police in China,Based on this,the author tries to apply the related knowledge of science of safety behavior to analysis the individual behavior of the polices happened,the rules of change,and to guide and control law enforcement behavior of police,so that The safety of police law enforcement in our country can be improved.This paper include six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,introduced the research background,significance,research object,research methods and research ideas of the paper;chapter 2 through several groups statistics lead to the theme of the paper.And then introduces the concept of the security of law enforcement and the behavior of law enforcement,the theory of science of safety behavior and the necessity.The third chapter is the legislation,current situation and existing defects of the security research on the theory of Chinese polices' acts of law – enforcement,to pave the way for the later.The fourth chapter analyzes by examples the related research and application fields and methods of foreign countries,pointed out that the current lack of relevant research in China;the fifth chapter is the core part of this thesis,mainly introduces the specific application methods of biorhythm theory,in order to be vivid,the author also uses the questionnaire and chart presentation.The sixth chapter is the last part of the text,mainly discusses several auxiliary measures to guarantee the safety of polices' acts of lawenforcement,combined with the biological rhythm theory to reduce the rate of wounded and mortality in the process of law enforcement.
