Research On The Law Enforcement Security Of The Police At The Local Police Station In The New Period

In recent years,the police law enforcement environment is not optimistic in our country,the police blocked in the process of law enforcement and violent attacks,situation,greatly threatened the police their own personal safety.Although since 2004,the national police big training,civil police policing skill level has been improved,but it is a pity that part of a line of police in the police law enforcement activities still exist such as poor safety consciousness,lacking the ability to the scene disposal problems,caused the basic-level police appeared in the process of law enforcement on unnecessary casualties,affecting the development of the public security organ fighting capacity.This paper mainly through the literature material law,questionnaire,interview survey method,case analysis method and logical inductive method,etc,to our country grass-roots police law enforcement and security present situation investigation,discovered that existed in the basic-level police in law enforcement of safety consciousness,police skills,training of police equipment,police problem,this paper analyzes the reasons of affecting the safety of civil police law enforcement,in combination with the practical situation of grassroots public security police,put forward some Suggestions,to ensure the security of civil police law enforcement for a line of civil police law enforcement efficiency in our country,it would be helpful to reduce the unnecessary injuries in the process of law enforcement.The results show that the present stage our country exist in basic-level police law enforcement poor safety awareness,policing skill level is low,the lack of practicability,law enforcement police training security imperfect relevant laws and regulations,the relationship between the disharmonious problems.After further analysis the reasons for the above phenomenon: police security awareness is poor,the lack of the consciousness of the police equipment use,lack of cooperation consciousness,low level of skill,police skills training time is not enough,the curriculum is not reasonable,the appraisal system is imperfect,lack of police equipment guarantee,imperfect relevant laws and regulations,the relationship between the disharmony affecting the basic-level police law enforcement security,etc.For civil police law enforcement and security problems,the thorough investigation and analysis the reason,put forward Suggestions to protect the safety of civil police law enforcement in our country,such as strengthening law enforcement and security awareness,strengthening skill training of police and police equipment maintenance,perfect the relevant laws and regulations,and reshape the harmonious relationship between the and so on.
