Study On Health Food-related Crimes In China

The crime issues we meet in health food area bring challenges to the safety control of food and drug.Analyzing the patterns and characteristics of the crime in order to form the prevention strategies.This is a significant part of the safety control of food and drug.This research is in the criminology Angle of view to do the investigation,combined with the data statistics and the literature analysis.Investigating the cognitive,analyzing the characteristics of the cases,combing the laws and regulations and the mechanisms and institutions in order to know the actual status,find causes for crime;This research studies different forms of health food crime from different angles to summarize regularity,discuss legal disputes,which aims at finding the tough and most difficult problems in preventing this kind of crime.On this basis,the research will discuss how to build the health care food crime prevention and control system from multi-level.This thesis will be divided into four chapters altogether:Chapter one overviews the situation we face about health food crime,defines the concept,category of the crime to make it clear about the object of study.Through summarizing the current research related to health food in China to clear the research trend.This part also uses 150 questionnaires and 270 crime cases to analyze the present situation of health food crime.Combing the laws and regulations and the local mechanisms and institutions.From all these above,we can have a clear review of the prevention system of health food crime.Chapter two analyzes the different stages of health food crime.There are two stages based on the production and marketing.Starting from the typical crime patterns,the research discusses the problem around the crime characteristics,rules and legal disputes,combined with the theory of criminology.Aiming at summarizing the patterns and characteristics of specific crime,to discuss difficulties we face when handing these cases.Chapter Three is about the analysis of crime causes.On the basis research of the first chapter,combined with the collected data to discover the causes of the crime from the angle of society and the public,the government legislation and regulatory perspective.To point out the real problem and difficulties of the crime prevention.Chapter four is about the prevention strategies.By literature analysis,comparative of the experiences in and abroad.This part discusses the strategies from the three angles,the government,the industry association and the enterprise to form a whole system of health food crime prevention.
