The Enlightenment Of French Foreign Ethnic Group Social Integration Management For China

France has a long history of immigration.Foreign population has become an important part of France.France employs the single culture mode in social integration management of foreign ethnic groups,showing the typical characteristic of "republican assimilation".The model has promoted the smoothly social integration of southern Europe ethnic groups in the early stages,however,after formulating and implementing a series of social integration policies,French government didn't obtain ideal social integration effect.The policies repressed the characteristics of foreign ethnic groups,bringing great challenges to the French immigration management work,even a small number of French Muslim group members got involved in the terrorist attacks against France.In recent years,French are facing more frequent threat of terrorist attacks than before.Although France has been constantly revising immigration policies,however,legal norms always lag behind the development of the social situation.The decreasing of education quality and employment and the rising of violent crimes resulted in significant damage to France,exposing many deficiencies of French foreign ethnic group social integration management.With the expansion of the scale of foreign ethnic groups in China,the necessity for doing a better job in foreign ethnic group social integration management is putting on the agenda.This paper,guided by the theory of social integration,analyzes the dilemma of French ethnic groups social integration and explores the pros and cons of the "Republican Model".On the basis of the experience and lessons of this single culture model,this paper tries to discuss the social integration management of the foreign ethnic groups,attempting to put forward the path selection of the management in our country,so as to serve the social integration of China's foreign population management.
