The Study On The Protection Of The Rights And Interests Of Citizens In Public Security Law-enforcement

In social life,the most profound impression of the police or the police to the people can be depicted by a saying,“something to find the police,nothing to hide away”,which reflects the fact that Chinese people treat police with love and fear.The “love” for the police is very simple,the police play an important role in daily life,which is to maintain social security functions and protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens,so that people’s lives have a higher sense of security and happiness.However,people give the police the social evaluation of “fear”,which gives rise to the author’s thinking.At the same time,the law-based government will be basically established in 2020,which is an important goal of building well-off society in an all-around way in the 18 th National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China,thus public security law enforcement to protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens is particularly important.The paper integrates the author’s grass-root public security law enforcement practice and sorts out the current status of grass-root public security law enforcement,trying to figure out why citizens treat the police at a distance.The paper aims to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens in the future in security enforcement,provide a reliable basis for the future maintenance of the rights and interests of citizens and the improvement of law enforcement standardization of public security,establish a good image of the police in the minds of the people,actively cooperate with the public security law enforcement work,finally achieve the ultimate goal of a law-based government and the harmonious relationship between the people and the police.This paper will be divided into five aspects:The first aspect is the overview of the law enforcement of public security,which focuses on the purpose of the law enforcement of the police,which is to take serving the people cordially as the highest goal;The second aspect is about the overview of civil rights and interests,focusing on the meaning and content of civil rights and interests,in order to better protect the rights and interests of citizens in the law enforcement,and further get the understanding and support of citizens;The third aspect is the present situation of the protection of the rights and interests,the police will continue to maintain and develop the merits in the existing regulations and mechanism and reveal the infringement of citizens’ interests’ phenomenon in the practice of law enforcement of public security;The fourth aspect is the analysis of the causes of the infringement of the rights and interests of the citizens in the law enforcement of public security law.The police will understand and master the prominent and typical problems in the law enforcement of public security,so that harmonious relationship between the police and the people can be built with purpose;The last aspect illustrates how to improve the protection of civil rights,the police may refer to a variety of ways and means to effectively protect the rights and interests of citizens.
