Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of The Protection Of Law Enforcement Rights And Interests Of The Basic-level Civil Police

In recent years,the awareness of the rule of law and the awareness of rights have been gradually improved,and the modern prison system has been gradually improved.And the law enforcement behavior of the prison police is getting more and more attention from the society.However,the protection of the law enforcement rights of the prison police is still lagging behind and lack of attention.The author discusses the protection of the law enforcement rights in the daily management of the prison police,which is divided into three parts:The first is the meaning of the law enforcement rights of the prison police is defined,and the existing problems in the protection of the rights and interests of the police law enforcement are categorized and classified.Second,according to the current status of prison police enforcement rights protection,respectively,from the level of laws and regulations and the actual law enforcement operation practice analysis,pointed out that in the content,technology,system support the interests of law enforcement police are lacking.And there are a lot of loopholes in the mechanism guarantee and the way of relief.To sum up the reasons,the protection of the rights and interests of the police's law enforcement has been greatly restricted.Finally,combined with prison police management law enforcement practice and prison status,from the legal protection,concept renewal,police team construction three dimensions,to ensure the prison police management rights and interests,and promote the healthy development of prison,put forward reasonable and useful opinions.
