Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Zhanjiang Industry Association

In the "small government big society" background,Industry associations are increasingly promoting economic and social development.The state has always attached importance to the development of industry associations.The recent national industry associations and other four groups of social organizations implement the main registration system,after the dual management era.The development of China's trade associations enter into a new stage.Zhanjiang City is the prefecture-level city in western Guangdong.The industry association reform and development of Guangdong Province has been at the forefront of the country.Guangdong Province in 2006 took the lead on the industry association to implement a one-dollar management development model.This paper studies the development of Zhanjiang as a developed management system in the developed areas of western Guangdong.Secondly,this article has carried on the case study to the representative industry association of Zhanjiang city,the theory closely related to the reality.In addition,the difficulties faced by industry associations are multifaceted.This paper takes into account all aspects of the development of Zhanjiang Industry Association,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in line with the actual development of Zhanjiang Industry Association.This paper mainly uses literature analysis,comparative analysis,interview and case analysis to study the development of Zhanjiang Industry Association.This paper first introduces the research background,introduces the purpose and significance of the research from both theoretical and practical needs,and then introduces the domestic and foreign research summary of the industry association.On the basis of the previous research,this paper introduces the research Ideas,methods,frameworks and innovations.Second,It clear the concept and classification of industry associations.And then introduces the theoretical basis of this paper from three aspects:transaction cost theory,departmental failure theory and governance theory.Thirdly,the status quo of the development of Zhanjiang Industry Association is studied from the aspects of scale,distribution,internal management,policy and environment and standardization construction of Zhanjiang Industry Association.Fourth,the study of Zhanjiang City Industry Association development problems and the reasons for the existence of the problem.Fifth,this paper makes a casestudy on the development of four typical industry associations in Zhanjiang City.The sixth part introduces the experience at home and abroad.It has studied the reform and development experience of industry associations in the United States,Germany,Shanghai and Wenzhou.In this paper,the author thinks that the external environment of Zhanjiang City Industry Association is relaxed and has developed,but the development of Zhanjiang market economy and the transfer of government functions are backward,the association's position is unclear and the social recognition is not high.Compared to other regions,Zhanjiang City Industry Association lack of capacity,the overall level of development behind.Based on the previous research contents,this paper puts forward the development strategy at the end of this paper.The development of Zhanjiang Industry Association first needs the mechanism of innovation system and the fundamental measure.Because Zhanjiang City Industry Association development level is not high and unbalanced development.It needs to strengthen the planning of industry associations and the implementation of classification guidance.Zhanjiang City Industry Association is now in the standardization stage of construction.It needs to further improve the level of internal governance and promote social organization assessment.The external development environment is more relaxed conditions.The future industry association's own ability level is the key to its development.So on the basis of an increase in internal governance,Zhanjiang City Industry Association needs to strengthen its own capacity building in all aspects and gradually into the dynamic development stage.
