The occurrence of major traffic accidents in recent years caused a great loss,not only to people's lives and property,but also to their psychology covered with thick shadow.On account of the painful reality,risky control of traffic accident in expressway has become an important part of modern expressway management.This urgent topic of expressway safety management should cause great attention of leadership in relevant departments.This thesis,which proceeds from the perspective of Public Administration,combines with a series of theoretical research foundations,such as Accident-causing Theory and Risk Management Theory,using research methods of Case Study,Interview and Observational Survey.By researching the current situation,practical issues and causes in risky control of traffic accident in the expressway from Guangzhou to Zhuhai,the paper puts forward effective countermeasures for raising control efficiency in purpose to further expand studies of risky control of traffic accident in Guangdong expressway.This study shows that there are deficiencies in risky control of traffic accident in the expressway from Guangzhou to Zhuhai,such as imperfection in law enforcement,poor management of ganged force,risk of traffic environment,weakness of safety awareness in traffic participant.Causes of these problems include the imperfection of relevant laws and policies,unsmooth administrative system,poor mechanism of analysis and sharing for traffic safety information,lack of resources in money and manpower.So we could conclude the countermeasures for improving efficiency,including the establishing favorable environments,creating cross-department efficient modes,improving existing control institutions,detailing linkage mechanisms,updating traffic safety facilities,enhancing emergency rescue capacities.
