On November 24,2014,the State Council promulgated the "Provisional Regulations on real estate registration",marking the formal establishment of a unified registration system of real estate.Before the unified registration,the Land Bureau,Agriculture Bureau,Forestry Bureau,Marine Bureau and other relevant departments of the real estate registration on the data and basis of registration are very different.There have been some problems in the practical work.In this paper,a unified registration of real estate in Chongqing to explore the problem,while exploring the existing laws and regulations in the real estate registration review standard,compensation system,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,including the purpose and significance of the study,the main content and methods of the study.The second part is literature review,including the construction of domestic and foreign real estate registration system,etc..The third part is the problems and analysis of the construction of the real estate registration system in Chongqing.Based on the actual situation,from the basis of registration,the registration of the people,registration review focus,real estate compensation system,information technology five parts and analysis of the problems.Among them,the registration basis and information technology is the pillar of all processes.First,from the overall registration basis,apply for registration from link analysis focused on the relative person,the acceptance and examination aspects focus on starting from the focus of the review,recorded aspects focus on real estate registration compensation system analysis,finally analyzed from information platform technology,then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The fourth part is the domestic and foreign real estate registration system construction experience,including foreign real estate registration,domestic land housing management authority in the registration review methods,compensation system,and other successful experience.The fifth part is the countermeasure of Chongqing real estate registration system.
