Research On The Construction Of Public Security Team Of Dongying City In The Process Of A Harmonious Society

The human society is a development from lower to higher historical process.The establishment of a harmonious society,equality,mutual coordination development,has been a relentless pursuit of mankind.The Chinese want to build a harmonious society is fairness and justice,democracy and the rule of law,stability and order,honesty,harmony between man and nature society.The construction of a harmonious society with such requirement elements,each social system should be in a harmonious state.The public security system is an important guarantee for building a harmonious society,in the center hub position in the building of a harmonious society.Therefore,the construction of police force in the process of a harmonious society,which is to guarantee the harmonious society of the attitude full play roles,and create a harmonious and stable social environment and efficient,impartial,authoritative legal environment for the realization of the smooth development of the important period of strategic opportunities.The author chooses Dongying City Public Security Bureau as the research object,the use of human resources development and management theory,in the light of domestic and foreign police management present situation,carries on combs the present situation of Dongying City Public Security Bureau staff and team building,analyses the existing problems and proposed countermeasures,aims to develop loyalty to education,the reform of public security management system,set up the scientific management and evaluation mechanism,change the public security troop construction and the harmonious social development does not adapt place,provide some theoretical guidance and practical operation knowledge for the public security troop construction in Dongying city.The article consists of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction is the full text of the introduction,puts forward the problems and explains the research purpose and significance.The first part is the theoretical analysis,this paper describes the basic theory of socialist harmonious society and the construction of public security troops,to discuss the question of relation between public security team and the harmonious society,and provides a theoretical basis for this study;the second part is the analysis of problems,from two aspects of theoretical and empirical analysis of the current situation and problems of Dongying city public security team;the third part is the analysis of governance,from education,reform,management,evaluation and other aspects,and puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of police force in Dongying city.Conclusion is made a succinct summary of the thesis.
