Study On The Ideological And Political Work Of The Health System In The Central Soviet Area

During the period of The Central Soviet Area,the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the idea that “political work in the Red Army have the meaning of decision "、" political work is not incidental,but the lifeblood of the Red Army ".In order to make the red army be better,the Communist Party of China established General Political Department of the Red Army,strengthen the ideological and political work in the Red Army and implement the ideological and political work into various fields.The medical and health field,due to its special status,seems to be particularly prominent.This paper intends to take ideological and political work as a breakthrough and then make a discussion on the Central Soviet Area health system.This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part that analyzes the health system in the Central Soviet Area,at the same time disscuss the research status at home and abroad;The second chapter describes the historical background of the ideological and political work in the Health System of the Central Soviet Area.At that time,medical and health services is very backward,and unable to meet the needs of the army and masses,at the same time the health system shows many bad phenomenon,which seriously affected the image of the Communist Party of China and the Soviet government,also restricts the development of medical and health system in the Soviet area.To strengthen the ideological and political work in the health system is a way to help the masses,is a way to win in the war;the third chapter discusses the basic idea of the ideological and political work of the health system in the Central Soviet area.The fourth chapter mainly discuss the implement of it.Establish mechanism of the ideological and political work,strengthen the education of doctors,the sick,take the mass line into practise;the fifth chapter discusses the carrier of ideological and political work in the Central Soviet Area health system,the newspapers and magazines,textbooks,school publicity slogans,literature and art are important basis for that.Through various media to publicize the party and the Soviet government,to convey the central task,mobilize the enthusiasm of the masses,thus promote social civilization and progress;the sixth chapter mainly disscuss the basic conceptto of the ideological and political work in the Central Soviet Area health system,which is the value of this study.Taking history as a mirror,one can know the pros and cons.Nowadays,China’s political,economic,cultural and social fields has occurred earth shaking changes.However,the historical experience eighty years ago still shows important value,worth to be learn.
