Study On Legal System Of Traditional Village Relics Protection

As one the cultural heritage treasures in our country in five thousand years,traditional village is the important carrier of traditional culture in our country.Protecting the traditional village means to maintain our agricultural civilization history,and is a kind of embodiment of carry forward the traditional culture.Traditional village was the traditional space which is influenced by village and the residents in the process of production and life.Whether it is a village of macro pattern,geographic location,building style or the living culture atmosphere,is villagers' wisdom and hard work.Traditional villages have rich connotation.Traditional villages are the combination of intangible cultural heritage as well as material culture heritage.Therefore,to maintenance the traditional village is also for the protection of cultural heritage,which means great significance.Along with the progress of the time,our country pays more attention to maintenance work of traditional villages.So far,our country has been recorded 2555 traditional villages,and has formed the relevant laws and regulations to protect the traditional villages.However,with the deep application of rules and regulations,the contradiction was gradually exposed,such as: did not form a targeted law system,imperfect rules,concepts of deviation,chaotic management system,the lack of mass participation and so on.This paper analyzes the traditional villages,emphatically analyzes the legal and policy issues,give the specific suggestions and countermeasures,such as: determine the legislative concept and rules,establishing protection regulations as soon as possible,perfect the legal system,the masses to actively participate in and so on.This paper has a clear context.At first,this paper expounds the basic theory;Secondly,giving the traditional village related definitions,and expounds the necessity of protect traditional village;thirdly,analyzing our country relevant legal policy application of traditional village protection;fourthly,giving the concrete countermeasures and suggestions;Fifth is summary.
