Research On The Supervision System Of Internet Insurance

Internet insurance as a kind of Internet finance,plays an increasingly important role in our social life.Last few years,with the rapid development of society and the improvement of Internet technology,China's Internet insurance is also facing is facing more and more problems,seriously hindered the supervision of Internet insurance.Therefore,in order to ensure the continuous and healthy development of Internet insurance,it is necessary to strengthen the research and analysis of the related problems of Internet insurance.In this paper,Internet insurance is used as the object of study.Firstly,I introduces the meaning of Internet insurance,and the current development and the main business pattern of Internet insurance.Secondly,it analyzes the main legal problems with the current Internet insurance,including the problem of personal information leakage related to information security risk,the malicious claim and fraud related to moral hazard.Finally,this paper introduces the successful experience of foreign Internet insurance supervision,combined with the current lack of supervision,put forward the specific path of perfecting Internet insurance supervision.That is to say,from the regulatory legal mechanism and the relevant auxiliary mechanism to start,through the improvement of Internet insurance access mechanism,strengthen the insurance consumer information security protection and the establishment of risk prevention and early warning system and other measures to achieve the effective supervision of Internet insurance.
