| As a long history of religion,Islam has integrated with the Confucian culture of the Chinese nation after it spread into China.At present,Linxia Hui autonomous prefecture is the most prosperous region in the development of the Hui culture.Our country is in the period of social transition and the economy is developing into the new normal.All kinds of crimes are threating the security and social stability of Linxia Hui autonomous prefecture.If we don`t fight against crime in time,the crime will cause serious problems.The unimpeded of the Silk Road make Linxia Hui autonomous prefecture develop rapidly and the Hui culture also has developed.Linxia has a prefecture with lots of nationalities and religions,which is important in the city.Muslims has formed unique customs and national consciousness after accepted the Chinese culture.Contrast to Islamic law,we need to play a positive role in advising the people.Combined with the current investigation of practical work,difficulties of local crime investigation can sort from the following aspects: First,the police lacked the support of the mass result in difficulties in investigating visits.Second,non-minority investigators are difficult to investigate and visit the mass.Third,the degree of specialization of the suspect is higher.Fourth,gang crime.Fifth,suspects use religious conditions for criminal activities.Sixth,the police are in trouble at the trial.At last,regional collaboration barriers are difficult to overcome.In view of the local crime investigation,combined with local area characteristics and national characteristics,we should develop appropriate countermeasures investigation to combat all types of crime effectively.First,the police’s management of the mosque can lay a good foundation for the investigation.Second,If we strengthen the collection of detective information,we can get the opportunity to work in the investigation.The police need to focus on internal intelligence sharing and the collection of information society,cultivating the awareness of intelligence-led investigation and the development of ethnic minorities and the development of minority special situations.Third,In order to consolidate the basic work of investigation,the police need to strengthen the ethnic minority areas position control.Fourth,Aiming at the condition of the local case multiple against property,the police need to pay attention to control the stolen goods.Fifth,we should train the police and the undercover investigator to strengthen the construction of investigators.Sixth,constructing clergy to participate in the investigative mechanism,the police request the assistance of the clergy to participate in the survey and clerics psychological counseling for criminal suspects.At last,we should optimize investigation from three aspects of vertical,horizontal and Interdepartmental collaboration. |
