The Mode “Internet+” Helps To Explore New Ways In Solving “Three Rural Issues”

Agriculture is closely related with national quality and its overall strength,which is also a key factor in affecting social stability and the speed of economic growth and a critical part to meet the goal in building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects.In this process,rural areas are the core parts.Currently,the course of modernization of rural areas is turning slowly;farmers' income is getting stuck and difficulties are in front of us in building a new countryside.All these factors seriously affect the process of building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects.Li Keqiang,China's Premier Minister stated in his report on government work in 2005 that the combination between different industries and the mode “Internet+ ”.“Internet + agriculture ” is a irresistible trend and the key area in this plan.China has vigorously advocated to make “Internet+” upgrade to a national strategy.“Internet +” has become the impetus of reform for agriculture and offered a wide space for the modernization of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Agriculture has also become a platform for“Interne0t +”.Comprising with other industries,the combination between“Internet +”and agriculture is our last chance under the Internet Age,which is still on the initial stage but with huge opportunities at the same time.Based on domestic and foreign researches,this paper states the concept of “Internet+”in details,analyzes its the developing status and summarizes its developing characteristics in rural areas.This paper states its significance in solving “The Rural Issues”.“Internet +”breaks geographical boundary and offers a platform for farmers to share resources and helps farmers to approach the market.Production factors could be more fluidly in rural and urban areas and play an important role in the transformation of Urban-rural Dualistic Economic Structure and further more,to eliminate urban-rural opposition.“Internet +” as a new thing has great vitality and its combination with agriculture is the wave of near future,which has attracted lots of attentions from the whole society and gained the green lights from government.But,“Internet +” will be constrained by a lack of rule of law and related talents and inadequacies with the infrastructure in rural areas.This paper states that government should guide the mode of “Internet+Agriculture” to realize collaborative economic development of urban and rural area and promote the unity of city and countryside,by introducing the “Internet+” to the building of a new countryside to improve social life and managing level in rural areas,by implementing “ Internet+ ” to promote the modernization of agriculture and by relying on the mode “ Internet+Agriculture” to explore new ways in cultivating new-type modern farmers.
