The Research On Xingtai E-government Construction Problems And Countermeasures

Constructing service-oriented government people are satisfied with is the goal of the administrative system reform of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the process of building a service-oriented government,e-government is undoubtedly the most effective way to improve the government public service level.With the progress of network technology,e-government is playing an increasingly important role in the improving and optimizing government functions,increasing administrative efficiency,and developing the quality of service.The e-government construction of our country started late.Most of the domestic scholar's theory and practice research mainly revolves around the level of the central government,and the provinces and ministries research are mainly concentrated in the internal system.However,the city and county(district)local government's e-government construction theoretical and practical research develops slowly.In administrative levels of our country,the local government plays a key role in facing directly to people and connecting link.Therefore,local government is the most important level in the administrative system,and the key link of promoting e-government construction.The success of e-government construction of local government,directly reflect the quality and effectiveness of government service and the developing level of e-government.Taking Xingtai e-government construction as an example,this paper studied the universal and representative problems in the local government e-government construction,and analyzed the causes of these problems,by the research methods of quantitative analysis,document research,comparative analysis and interview investigation.On the basis of comparing the e-government developing experience and enlightenment at home and abroad,combing with own work practice,this paper also put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems.
